Baozhong Wei
Baozhong Wei serves as our independent director. He has nearly 20 years of experience in financial management and consulting. He is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and an Accredited Tax Advisor.
Mr. Wei currently serves as Director/CEO at BR Business Services Pte. Ltd. Previously, Mr. Wei served as analyst at KordaMentha Pte Ltd. from 2008-2012, assistant manager at MS Corporate Finance Pte Ltd. from 2012-2014, group finance manager at JES International Holdings Limited from 2014-2015, and assistant manager at BDO Advisory Pte Ltd from 2015 to 2017.
Mr. Wei obtained his bachelor’s degree in biology from Xiamen University in 2001, and a second degree in applied accounting from Oxford Brookes University in 2006. He obtained his master’s degree in applied finance from Singapore Management university in 2012.
