Biography

Yang (Carsten) Lu co-founded our group and serves as our chief executive officer and the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Lu has 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to founding our company, Mr. Lu worked at Hybio Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd from April 2003 to March 2004.

Mr. Lu obtained his bachelor’s degree in biotechnology from Xiamen University in July 2002, and his EMBA-Executive Master of Business Administration from China Europe International Business School in September 2012.
